    Customer service lacking

    No power and no customer support to property. Management knew there was no power at property and still decided to rent out the weekend.

    Great Urban Rest Location

    Easy Access, Great Location, presentation was neat and clean, pretty much had everything we needed for the stay; plenty of kitchen amenities, bathroom had all the soaps and hair care essentials, living and dining areas great for small family

    No sink plug in kitchen to fill sink for washing pans/saucer (still had a decent dishwasher though), cupboard door for the microwave got in the way a bit, no toilet plunger, some of the cupboard doors were a bit stubborn when trying to open, couch wasn't the most comfortable, not the most sound proof
