Amazing staff, absolutely spotless facilities, and beautiful rooms with top amenities
The staff (especially Moon) were amazing, professional and extremely knowledgeable and responsive. The facility was very clean, the rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was tasteful and comprehensive.
We had a full day tour by Tuk Tuk arranged by hotel. Overall, we had a great experience. However, The driver was on time to start the tour but was not prepared for our trip. The driver had no water despite 30+ degree heat, went to gas station to fill up within minutes of starting our trip instead of in advance of pick up, and vehicle was not equipped with rain shields when the rains hit which was unexpected and certainly not in line with our expectations.

A great family run residence.
An absolute pleasure to stay here. The family are so attentive, kind and helpful and always willing to try their best. Will definitely stay here again when next in Battambang.
