    Clean well located and secure apartment. Cleaners were there whenever need. The area is quiet even though it's opposite a big resort.

    A little dated by European standards but that did not bother me in anyway

    10/10 two-minute walk to Lake Victoria which makes the Munyonyo Heights Apartment interesting and comfortable during

    Very clean , fresh atmosphere. Lady Gladys makes it paradise.

    All the staff were very nice. I thank Serena for her beautiful heart. One night I got sick and was about to black out. She walked me to the nearest hospital Ritz. She made sure I was fine and she made calls to my family abroad. I felt loved by her. Dear Serena, may Almighty grant you a life full of love, peace and happiness. ❤️

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay, checkin was fast, staff act professional. Good value for money.

    Breakfast was nice, provided by Caramel, it was delivered on time. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The facilities are of good quality and well maintained.

    The reception area is quite small and underwhelming.
