    Hope the hotel upgrade their service and quality of all kind .

    Poor quality of breakfast and staff was not good training. Hospitality was not impressed!

    Glad to leave, absolutely disgusting

    Absolutely nothing

    It is not a 5 star hotel more like 3 star. No hot water for 2 days I reported it and nothing was done about it so not washed for 2 days in the Vietnam heat. Breakfast was disgusting cakes were stale and hard the rest was not wort eaing. The chair in room was ripped and I was actually scared to sleep just in case of bed bugs. The corridor carpet has so many stains and unclean. There were dead flies in the breakfast area. The windows were glued and silicones down and they were also screwed down. The place needs knocking down and rebuilding. You conned me it wasn’t worth the price I paid.

    Très bon séjour, excellent rapport qualité prix.

    Personnel, location, quiet high floor bedroom. Excellent quality / price ratio.

    Moquette sale dans les couloirs, il faudrait faire du vrai nettoyage dans les parties communes de l’hôtel! Aussi les équipements sont vieillissants, une rénovation serait la bienvenue. Les draps aussi donnaient une impression d’être assez vieux.
