TERRIBLE STAY and TERRIBLE Apartment Management Company
WARNING DO NOT STAY AT THIS Property!!!!! I arrived in the afternoon of 8/11 with temperatures in the 90% and the AC at the property was not working. After several messages in the What's App with the property management company they sent out a technician hours after our arrival and said everything was fixed IT WAS NOT. They were still working on it 24 hours later with the hope that a specialist could come out on day three to fix it. Based on this we had to book another hotel to try to enjoy the three remaining days we had. I Understand things happen but the property and Booking.com are not agreeing to credit the prepaid stay. This is horrific and no company with ethics would insist on me paying for the stay when they could not get this fixed until possibly the third day of our five days stay. BOOKING.COM is trying to help but their policy is they have to accept whatever the property is proposing.
Ac was not working and we had to find a new place to stay, and they are refusing to give a refund for the booking. They are offering $109 dollars which didn't even cover the one night we stayed and nothing else. Both the property Management company and booking.com are not taking any accountability. In addition, we were told we could get a taxi from the train station to the pickup and apartment. When I checked in close to our train arrival time was told the apartment was ready but Taxi's can can't access the apartment. Walking to pick up the keys and get to the apartment NOT EASY.

La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca del ferry, tren y autobuses. El apartamento tal cual se muestra en las fotos, todo nuevo, limpio y muy bien acondicionado. Las camas muy cómodas .
