The front desk staff went above and beyond! They helped me communicate several times, once when i left my phone in a taxi which, thanks to the front desk staff i eas able to get back. And another time when i scheduled a luggage puck up for the wrong time. When were traveling we often have to rely on the kindness of strangers and the front desk staff at MYK made several catadtrophes into mere funnt stories. My eternal thanks!
