  Well maintained, beautiful and spacious. Gorgeous views and prime location. Beds were so comfy!

  房子的位置靠近海边，但是风大雨大，正迎风不舒服，室外露台没有机会用。位置不好，虽然临海，这个季节风大浪大不舒服。The house is close to the seaside. However, it is very windy and rainy here, facing the wind directly, which makes it uncomfortable to stay outdoors. We could hardly use the outdoor terrace. Although it is ocean‑front, the strong wind and big waves at this time of the year make this location not ideal.

  有壁炉，但是一周没有送来煤气，电暖气还不够用，送货不及时。然后天然气虽然有两瓶，但是有一瓶空的，所以导致我们住了一个月一周没有壁炉用，这个季节非常冷。房东和管理人员对应的非常不礼貌，也非常不及时。这次体验感特别不好。The property has a fireplace, yet the gas delivery was delayed for a week. The electric heaters could not provide enough heating. We were given two gas bottles in total, but one was empty. Consequently, we could not use the fireplace for a week during our one‑month stay, when the weather was bitterly cold. In addition, the landlord and management staff were rude and responded very slowly. Our overall experience was really unsatisfactory.

  Wonderful stay, best views, great location, well-equipped

  Very homey space with everything you need. There is definitely enough room for a group of 8. Location and views are great, 600 metres from the beach and shops. What a luxury to wake up to ocean views from the master and to prep and eat meals with the same views. Communication was clear, easy and friendly. Very good value for money! Would stay here again.

  I’m sure our host Kane would’ve accommodated if we asked, but if perhaps one of the rooms could have had 2 single beds, that would’ve worked even better for our group. Not a problem but good to be aware it’s a narrow driveway if you’ve got a big vehicle.

  True home away from home feeling!

  Great location. Private feeling within the house despite being in a populated area. Very close to easy shops. Comfortable stay. Great amount of space for groups. Pleasant feeling within the house. Great bathroom, comfy beds. Awesome communication - we had access codes and full picture explanation of how to work different aspects of the house. Quiet location - considerate neighbours.

  Coming from the South Island we found the house quite hot on the hotter Auckland days so went and got a small fan. Cellphone reception is a little sparse but wifi connection was great! Other than that really enjoyed the house.
