いつも最高のおもてなしをありがとう
ホテルむさしさんは、現在24歳と22歳になる愛娘と愛息子が当時3歳と1歳の頃から、毎年毎年、花火大会の日に家族で宿泊し、ここ数年は追加で別日にも夫婦で宿泊させてもらってます。いつもは主人が副総支配人のI谷さんから予約して頂いてますが、今回は妻である私が夫への誕プレ旅行としてこのネットで予約をしました。いつ宿泊してもホテル内は清潔で、ロビーは良い匂いがします。料理も美味しく、出来立てのステーキは良い肉を使ってます。クエ鍋の出汁も美味しく、中華ちまきも最高です。スタッフの方も本当に優しくいつも気にかけて声をかけてくださります。(副総支配人のI谷さん、客室のMさしさん、フロントのI上さん、いつもありがとうございます) 立地も海が近くで、部屋から海や花火も見れます。徒歩5分にダイソーとグルメシティがあり、周囲に飲食店もあるため、長期滞在でも色々と便利です。リピしまくってて、我が家では「顔馴染みの、素敵なスタッフに会いに行ける別荘」といった感覚です。
めっちゃ考えましたが、ありません。だから毎年リピートしてるのでしょうね。また次回、粗探ししてみますね。

接客担当の吉永さんは配膳態度及び会話のリズムが良かった！普通の行動だが、笑顔唯一癒されました。
①部屋は、はなれの奥　1泊でもありランクアップしなかった事が部屋選定家族の後悔になりました。(ロケーション値段に差があり過ぎ) ②敷布団に最悪の事象がありました。長雨と前月夏休み明けの影響があり過ぎたのか、前宿泊客が隠したのか分からない。敷布団2段の不衛生な汚れ湿気は悪い残念です。３人組み合わせを確認して、バスタオルを重ねて私の寝場所を確保しました。酒🍶入り夜遅くクレームも情け無いので我慢しました。 ③駐車場の整備なし、もう少し不陸整正して欲しかった。車のAI認識で駐車時急停止反応ばかりしました。やはり人手不足、夏休み明けの長雨の影響かも知れない。
