    Staff and housekeeping

    I booked a room in roma but at the last moment they changed my hotel on their own and gave me a room in muscatel busan which was really disgusting. Avinash explained everything and handover to aniket who never asked us about my comfort. I paid almost 7000 inr but they don't even make a towel animal on the bed for a newly married couple even after i request. They shouldn't change my room and they gave me room from where I can't see anything outside. Westage of money. I will not recommend this hotel to stay
