Great location and apartment, communication not so good.
The size of the apartment for a family/group of 8 is great with a bathroom for every bedroom. 2 in bedroom and 2 in hall. Having a washer was great but no dryer. Plenty of space and racks to hang laundry. Extra towels provided. Great location. Walkable to everything.
Communication. Good communication up until check in. Gave very specific time we would be there but because she was on the phone had to wait 20 min outside apartment to get the code to get in. Once inside no instructions on how to work anything. Especially wifi. Asked for the wifi code and after delayed response was told to look on router. We never got the wifi working. A simple paper with instructions would have been appreciated. The biggest issue was bad communication about check out time. I had requested a check out time of 1 pm so we could enjoy the morning and have a place to leave the luggage before our 4pm flight. The response I got was "OK". I took this to mean we had the unit until 1 pm. I woke up the morning of departure to a late night message saying we had to be out of the unit at 11am. Maria got nasty in the back and forth regarding the agreed check out time. We now had to change our morning plans so the bags were ready to be downstairs by 11am. Not how you want to end a stay in a city. Also although the rooms/beds were comfortable, the pillows are terrible. As flat as can be and 1 per person. I requested a few extra pillows and was told to use the decorative ones which definitely are not laundered.

Droomverblijf midden in het centrum!
De ligging in het oude centrum is perfect, alles beloopbaar in minuten en toch in huis alle rust. Het is een zeer mooi verzorgde accommodatie voorzien van alle gemakken. We verbleven er met 7 vrouwen en iedereen was net zo enthousiast. Maria die het huis verhuurd is makkelijk benaderbaar en ze lost alles meteen op. Ik kan het verblijf hier iedereen aanraden!

房子太美了，玛丽亚亲自接待我们，为我们介绍了房子使用中会遇到的问题，两层楼的房子很宽敞，我们六人住四个房间，四个厕所，相当舒适，喜欢这家民宿，也喜欢房东
