Great central place to stay in London.
Great location just a stone throw away from the British museum. Place is spacious and well arranged with everything you need for your stay.
Combining the toilet and shower together like this is not uncommon for london. But the shower itself could be better. It works but the water pressure is really low.

Great location, spacious & clean apartment
Great location, spacious apartment, reasonably priced, felt clean and was comfortable. A lovely touch with the bathroom accessories.
We had poor communication leading up to our stay, we didn’t receive checkin instructions until after checkin time when we were at the property which left us feeling stressed. We had to make contact multiple times.

Fine overall. Would not book again due to host.
The property was clean and well kept, there was amenities that made the stay easier including a full kitchen and washing machine.
On one of our mornings the fire alarm had gone off at 0830 so us and the other family had waited outside until the alarm stopped, we had left before the alarm was off as it was taking a while. When we returned at 4pm there was a persistent beeping from outside our door (where the main fire alarm was) and the machine was reading “low battery” we immediately alerted the owner of the issue, she advised she would attempt to fix it and send someone over, we left shortly after because the beeping was so annoying. We returned at 6:30pm to find the beeping had not been fixed, we caller numerous times to find she would cancel the call or not pick up, we messaged her and after a while she advised the issue would not be dealt with that night meaning we slept with this annoying beeping all night and the walls are VERY thin so the bedroom and lounge room were very loud all night. When asked about reimbursements she said she would have to see the “report” to see the cause of the alarm. We later found out at 8:30pm from another tenant that he had told her at 10am about this beeping and she told him she would fix it as he could hear it from his second level apartment too. The texting the next day while we were out of London were short and we had to prompt any updates.
