A very mean and rude hotel owner
The hotel was in an excellent location in Tbilisi’s Old Town.
It was a very unpleasant experience when, upon our arrival (5:00 a.m.)—even though the hotel had been notified of and had accepted our arrival time—they informed us that we had made a mistake and that the two rooms we had booked were not available. The owner’s behavior was unacceptable, and she suggested that we leave our belongings there and go for a walk until noon, when she could have our rooms ready. Finally, after we pressed her and threatened to call the police, she gave us a single room for the first night. On many of the following nights, there was a lot of commotion in the hotel lobby, with arguments between guests and the hotel staff. The breakfast was sufficient in quantity but repetitive and lacking in variety.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε άριστο σημείο, μόλις 3 λεπτά από το κεντρικο σημείο, και το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν πραγματικά πολύ καλό. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο.
Το πρωινό χρειάζεται αναβάθμιση. Δυστυχώς είναι πολύ απλό και δεν καλύπτει κάποιον που ενδεχομένως να είναι λίγο πιο περίεργος με το φαγητό του. Είχε τα πολύ βασικά. Δεν είχε ποικιλία στο ψωμί, δεν είχε φρούτα, γιαουρτι, ή καποιο δημητριακό.
