Pigeon Forge visit
I liked that they had carts available for hauling luggage and groceries to our condo.
We went to use the indoor pool and the steps into the pool were slippery, the handrail was wobbly, and the temp was to cool.

The location and amenities.
Management! The refrigerator had water pooled in all drawers, on shelves, and the very bottom, and the icemaker didn't work - no ice machine available on property. The A/C made a terrible, annoying high-pitched hum. There was also stinky, stained sheets left rolled up on the master bed. Crumbs were on the dinning room table, and when a storm came in, water came in under the balcony doors. All of this was reported and nothing was done to correct it. I was told the A/C noise was because of a missing cover (apparently I was the first to ever complain about the annoying noise), they were aware of the refrigerator and balcony door issues but didn'tmention any of this in the post. They had pictures from the cleaning crew, so basically they didn't believe me when I told them about the crumbs and stinky, stained sheets - why were these even left? This complaint was not even addressed; they avoided any comments pertaining to this. My request for a partial refund was denied and I was told this decision was final. This was the worst condo experience I have ever encountered!
