Our family had a great time and will definitely be back.
Unit was clean, spacious, comfortable, & well appointed. The property was clean, convenient to many things in Pigeon Forge, and had nice amenities for the family.
Outdoor pool was closed for some undisclosed maintenance issue. It looked really nice and we would’ve enjoyed that but the indoor pool and hot tub were open and that worked out.

I loved the amount of space this condo offers.
The only thing I didn't like is there wasn't a mop. Didn't end up needing one luckily.

I wouldn’t advise staying here
It was in a good location
The air in the condo didn’t work the jet tub in the master didn’t work the tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. The facility wasn’t willing to give a discount for everything not working they did come fix the issues after us already being there for 24 hours

Location was great. Condo layout was nice with sufficient space.
The outdoor pool was closed for the majority of our stay and when we would ask when it would be open they kept saying "later this evening, tomorrow at noon, tomorrow at 5, etc". The pool company was trying to kill algae and I understand that but they were adding chemicals in the middle of the hottest part of the day which any professional pool company should know you shock and add chemicals at night for the best and quickest results.
