Overall for the price it meets the needs, but there are little things that can be improved that would even further impro
Location is good, 15/20 mins on foot to central lisbon and all of the main attractions, it is right near a station to get the rail or the metro if needed . It was clean and had the basics Washing machine and line with pegs provided for longer stays. For the price it is sufficient but for anything longer than 3/4 nights it is a bit cramped, the pictures make it look much bigger than it is. Host was initially very responsive and facilitated early check in for €20 which we didnt mind paying as we had a very early landing. Lockbox check in was easy. The bed itself was comfy to sleep on
The door lock frame came off as we entered the property, this shouldnt have happened and left us in a moment of panic as it initially wouldnt go back in place. We then had to screw it back with a knife The sheets and towels are worn and had marks and were fraying, to improve i would replace these completely, the pillows also are like pancakes and the sofa is not comfortable and sinks to the ground as soon as you take a sit

Il bagno è ampio.
Abbiamo avuto sfortuna con due scarafaggi grandissimi. Fortunatamente c'era uno spray anti insetti nella credenza, ma questo ci ha solo fatto pensare che il problema fosse frequente e non ci ha permesso di riposare. Abbiamo contattato la struttura che ci ha ringraziato per la segnalazione e ha detto che avrebbero provveduto, fine. La posizione non l'ho trovata comoda ma capisco sia soggettivo. I rumori dell'altro appartamento sono davvero fortissimi. Abbiamo lasciato questo spazio prima del termine della prenotazione, non mi sentivo tranquilla.
