    Not a hotel, but nothing inconvenient or hard to deal with. Staff are exceptional.

    The location near Termini was convenient. Mark went above & beyond to help us with our needs. The room & bathroom were clean, comfortable & spacious with everything we required.

    Would recommend if you arrive/depart by train. Short walk to all key sights. Clean and well kept.

    Great location for interrailling being only a short walk from the main train station. Clean room. Short walk to all main sightseeing locations or Metro station for anything further.

    Bed was very hard, but a very minor point, given the location to everything.
