The friendliness of the staff was great but that was the only thing great about our stay.
So to start my mom and I drove 3 hours or more to come stay the night at your hotel to be with my niece that is currently living in Des Moines for a period of time and it was my birthday that Saturday so we were there to celebrate my birthday our plan was to watch a scary movie from my prime video account we have been planning this for weeks and then after that we were going to make these witches hats where we needed to melt chocolate in the microwave well we couldn't even use the microwave because it kept on popping the breaker so that didn't happen then later on we wanted Pizza reheated up we had to walk down to the lobby numerous times just to get it reheated not acceptable and then when we went to go watch our scary movie on my prime video account we can't access streaming so we walked down to the lobby yet again and they say we don't have streaming services here like this is 2026 I was under the assumption that we were going to be able to watch that scary movie so both things we did not get to do for my birthday and with my niece in the next morning I wake up and go to use the toilet the toilet seat slid right off I Jarred my right arm pretty badly and also knocked my head on the side of the top of the bath tub edge absolutely did not feel great at all it's a good thing it wasn't my niece or my elderly mom because both of them would have gotten hurt badly this needs to be addressed and made right I travel quite often and as it stands right now I would never suggest you replace to anybody I didn't get to do anything we planned on doing for my birthday what a bummer there needs to be a refund for the whole night this is not okay and I'll always remember that I got hurt at your place

Very comfortable, good value
I liked the size of the room, the recliner in the room, the cold refrigerator and ice maker, working air conditioner, the comfortable bed and the decent lighting and plug-ins for electronic devices.
The bathroom door was wedged up against the wall and it wouldn’t shut. There was also a bug on the bathroomfloor that I had to kill and dispose of.
