    The facility is nice, the room “mix up” and desk hosts behavior was not.

    We really like the central location and having everything we need close by.

    I booked two rooms. One a regular double queen room and one mobility room with roll in shower. My elderly parents can’t step over a tub to shower so this was important. Their room was a regular single queen room. When I asked about it, I was told there is only one room with a roll in shower and it was booked. If that room was booked, why did the system let me choose and book that room? My parents couldn’t shower for the three days we stayed. I am very upset. The front desk host for the first 2 days we were there, was mostly nice but she was making fun of non English speaking guests (not in front of them) and seemed upset that they were even there. Her behavior was very rude and made me not want to go to her for anything. The double queen room was nice with the exception of the toilet handle having to be pushed back up after it was flushed, so it didn’t run 24/7
