    Disappointed at check in hours

    Nothing

    We got there just after 9pm, called the front desk immediately to no response. Tried knocking, called multiple times to no response. We had to find another place to stay. Completely unacceptable that after pre-paying a full fee for this room they didn't provide an envelope with check in instructions if they were going to close so early!! It would have also been helpful to get a heads up or a check in on our ETA before leaving us out.

    Ouderwets.

    Mogelijkheid om de kleren te wassen en te drogen.

    My Place Suites is helaas verouderd en maakt een aftandse indruk. De accommodatie mist gezelligheid en zou dringend een opfrisbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Zo waren de muren duidelijk toe aan een nieuwe laag verf en was de deur op sommige plaatsen beschadigd. Ook de keukenapparaten waren niet proper, wat de accommodatie een onaangename en onfrisse indruk gaf. We hebben de toestellen dan ook niet gebruikt. Een positief punt was het gebruik van de wasmachine en droger. Ook de medewerker aan de receptie was heel beleefd en vriendelijk bij het inchecken. Voor de rest vonden wij de accommodatie eerder geschikt als tijdelijke doorgangsplek voor één nacht dan als verblijfplaats voor meerdere dagen.

    It's ok but the property was not well maintained, rooms not very clean and the pool was not very nice.

    Cute place. Nice to have a full kitchen in the unit. I would stay here again as price was right for the accommodations.

    Kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Microwave and coffee pot were not cleaned.
