We had a lovely stay, the decor is warm, uniquely funky with various antiques; the balcony is great
The host was responsive and the bed comfy, with an entryway (and room) filled with antiques. Wonderfully central with easy access.
There should be a night table at both ends of the bed, with a lamp on at least one of them, and simple pillows for the chairs on the balcony would have added some comfort. Breakfast would have added a nice touch to our stay!

Large room with grand piano
Lovely old building, good location. Huge room with a grand piano. Very historic. Nice to have a bath.
The bath could only be filled using the shower.

Description factuelle
Lieu avec du charme (réservé: "Appartement avec vue sur le canal"). Très bon emplacement dans Venise. Proximité station San Stae (Vaporetto et Bateaux Alilaguna). Bon accueil en distanciel et très bon support du personnel pour aide en distanciel suite problème bagages à l’aéroport) Appartement très spacieux et propre.
Appartement vaste mais vieillissant et qui mériterait de sérieuses rénovations et assez peu confortable: Salle de bain vétuste à confort très limite (Baignoire douche dans une alcôve avec impossibilité de se tenir debout normalement, peinture écaillée). Literie un peu creusée pour certains. Machine à laver la vaisselle signalée en panne à l'arrivée et pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine pour faire la vaisselle. Mobilier ancien joli mais inconfortable. Plafonnier avec du charme mais avec lumière éblouissante et blafarde et pas de lampes de chevet (besoin de traverser la pièce avec son téléphone la nuit pour atteindre l'interrupteur). Pas de prises proches des lits. Pas important mais télévision non fonctionnelle. Des photos sur le site correspondent à l'appartement loué, mais l'appartement que nous avons eu était défraichi par rapport aux photos du site un peu flatteuses.
