unmaintained pool, not working steam room, poor breakfast.
big pool, but unusable. Spa, but half working. Free breakfast, but not buffet, and not good.
Hotel was empty, so pool was all green, steam room in spa was also not working. To make it up we asked to change the room to one with bathtub, but were told that 'all bathtub rooms are full'. Even though we only saw one other couple during our whole stay. Then the legend about occupancy continued when we asked about breafast, and were reassured that there's enough guests for the buffet. Buffet didn't happen - we had to order from the menu. Food was very oily, pastries smelled like very cheap margarine, and 'cold cheese cut' was just a plastic burger cheese. Whole experience was very bitter.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit schönem großen Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Hôtel qui frôle la perfection...
L'hôtel est très calme, propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est top, rien à dire. Les chambres sont grandes et belles.
L’hôtel frôle la note parfaite. Je ne l’ai pas mise à cause de deux éléments: Le restaurant : le petit déjeuner n’est pas assez varié. Et les plats proposés au restaurant pour le dîner n’etaient pas à la hauteur. La "salle de sport" qui n’en est clairement pas une. Si vous corrigez ces deux éléments, alors ça sera un sans fautes!

Highly recommend this property. Top stay in our whole trip.
Cannot fault this property. From the moment we walked in we were taken care off. Staff were amazing, food was wonderful.
Only down side… the cocktails were yuck! We had a party of 5 so we all tried all the cocktails, not one was nice.

Tout. Hôtel superbe avec un personnel extrêmement gentil. Piscine immense. Service Massage très bien a des prix très correct. Restaurant copieux et bon. Chambre fraîche,grande et confortable. Voiturette électrique mise a disposition pour aller sur le site de My Son. Séjour de luxe, on a vraiment adoré.
