Fantastic stay in the heart of Lisbon.

The room and the breakfast were excellent.

I didn’t know when I booked my room that it had only a tub and no shower.

Attentive Staff, Flawless Cleaning and Outstanding Dining at My Story Hotel Figueira

We had a wonderful stay at My Story Hotel Figueira in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the attentive and polite staff made us feel truly welcome, the hospitality was outstanding and the team was always ready to help with a smile. The rooms and public areas were kept immaculately clean; the housekeeping service was perfect every day. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well looked after. A real highlight was the restaurant and its talented chefs. We highly recommend the pizza (excellent crust and quality ingredients) and the cod dish, both prepared with care and full of flavour. The pastries were a delicious treat, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options that set us up perfectly for exploring the city. Overall, My Story Hotel Figueira combines a central location, genuine hospitality, spotless cleanliness, and memorable food. We would happily return and warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

    Everything was excellent
