    The staff were truly professional. I really appreciated all the information and helpful suggestions they provided, from places to visit and how to get around using public transportation to restaurant recommendations. After our stay, we contacted the staff to ask them to check something in the room we had stayed in. We greatly appreciated the care and attention they dedicated to our request, as well as their helpfulness and responsiveness. This was a great example of genuine customer care and professionalism.

    The room we stayed in had limited wardrobe space. There was actually enough room to accommodate an additional wardrobe, which I believe would be a great improvement, especially for guests staying for several days, as was the case for us.

    Localização privilegiada. Os quartos com vista para a praça do Rossio valem a pena. Me surpreenderam com espumante e bolo com vela no meu aniversário. Pessoal atencioso e sorridente.
