    Lovely staff and great location

Very central and check in was very easy once you figured the door out.

the room is spacious and neat; bed is comfortable; linens are clean and feels new; the location of the unit is just right above and next to some restaurants where when you go in/out of the building, depending on the time of the day, there's a group of tables lined up outside, people having meal, laughing and talking. It's fun to watch people from different parts of the word speakinf different languages. Despite that, our room remained quiet, noise proof.

The lady who checked us in was not flexible. We have been there early at around 10 am. We understand that the check in time is at 3 pm but even when the room was already ready before then, they did not give us access until right on the dot at 3 pm. It was our first visit in Alicante, Spain. She made us feel unwelcome based on her facial expression and body language .
