  Excellent location, but the apartment is in need of significant maintenance.

  The best thing about this apartment is the location. It is very convenient for exploring Alicante and was ideal for our trip.

  Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We arrived around 3:30pm, after the advertised check-in time, and found that the apartment was still being worked on. There was a maintenance worker inside when we entered, and we had not been informed beforehand that anyone would be present. The booking was for five guests, but we initially could not locate the bedding and towels for the sofa bed. This was later explained by the host, but clearer instructions would have helped. During the stay we encountered numerous maintenance issues. The shower leaked, the shower head would not stay in place, several bathroom fixtures were rusted or worn, and parts of the apartment appeared damaged or poorly maintained. Most concerning was the condition of the bathroom glass and shower door. There were damaged areas and chipped glass edges, which presented a potential safety hazard and nearly caused an injury. Communication was polite when issues were raised, but the apartment did not feel fully prepared or maintained to an acceptable standard. The location is excellent, but the property requires considerable attention and repair.

  Nous étions au 2' étages ( 3 appart ,3 étages) -Appartement traversant ( les chambres donnent sur une rue parallèle peu bruyante ) -Rue atypique ( rue des champignons) -Appartement spacieux -Petit balcon ( pas la place de mettre une chaise) -Climatisation efficace ( dans toute les pièces , télécommande unique) -Ascenseur privatif ( l'ascenseur communique directement dans l appartement via une clef transmise par le bailleur ) -Proche tous commerce et plage

  Attention une caution de 200€ vous sera demandé en amont de votre arrivée via @ Attention un enregistrement ( transmission d'une photo des pièces d’identité vous sera demandé en amont de votre arrivée vie @ -Comme nous sommes arrivés à 9h00 (récupération des clefs à 15 h00) , nous sommes passés à la conciergerie ( (3 rue plus loin). Les hôtesses ne parlent pas français..... (espagnol , anglais) nous avons pu y déposer nos bagages gratuitement -l'adresse de l 'appartement ne comporte pas de N° (déroutant) -La porte d’accès aux appartements est dissimulé dernière un panneau opaque ( déroutant, nous avons eu peur d'arrivé sur un chantier) -Nous avons galéré pour accéder à l'appartement (la conciergerie nous avait transmis un code d’accès que nous pensions être le code des boites à clefs également présentes au pied de l'interphone... stress !!!!!!.) -Un lampadaire municipale illumine toute la nuit une partie des chambres (les rideaux ne sont pas totalement opaques) -Niveau sonore de la climatisation (pour les gros dormeurs prévoir bouchons d'oreilles et masque) -Des petites détails montrent les aphtes du temps (plancher flottant souple , joints de douche noircies ,peinture )
