    Location and facilities were perfect.

    The location of this property is excellent, close to the beach, cafes and shops, having the parking space is amazing as it is just around the corner, out side the property there is a parking bay for unloading and loading your luggage. Excellent facilities in the apartment, the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen is spotless.

    There was nothing we did not like about this property.

    Entrance a bit dilapidated but maybe being renovated. Bedroom small.

    Perfect for a three day stay. Perfect for exploring Saundersfoot and nearby places.

    The location is superb as it is right in the centre of Saundersfoot. The apartment was clean and the shower was excellent.

    There was only one wine glass but plenty of tumblers. It should be more clear in the description that it is unsuitable for people with mobility issues as it is on the first floor. The situation with regards to parking should be explained more clearly.

    Plumbing was faulty, could not use the shower as it did not drain and flooded the entire bathroom and landing. We did ring the emergency number who said they would get someone out the next day but nobody turned up.
