  Caratteristica

  La struttura è pulita e caratteristica . La colazione buona anche se c'è poca scelta, o la tipica scozzese o il porridge con la frutta.

  Il letto è un po' piccolo e c'è da fare attenzione quando si esce dalla struttura con l'auto perché l'ingresso è sulla strada principale e le auto sfrecciano.

  Room not as shown on Booking.com

  The room was very clean.

  The property was not as described in the Booking.com description. It was advertised and shown in my booking after I booked as a Deluxe Twin, the pictures showed two twin beds in a spacious room with a dresser and large tv. The listing at this time does not show a photo of the bathroom, the only photo available for the bathroom in all of their photos shows a large updated walk in shower. I was aware that it did not have a view of the water from the description, but the photos under my listing did show a water view. Not having a view was not the issue here. The room was very small and did not fit the photos or description there was a very tiny tv hung on the wall, the room was too small for a dresser and the most frustrating part was the bathroom was a tiny bathroom with an accordion style bathroom stall, with a tiny sink on the wall and a toilet. The entire bathroom was contained in the space of a closet. I will share photos here if I’m able to. We asked if there was a room to upgrade to and the woman at check-in said that’s all that was available and didn’t offer a solution. We put our bags on the bed used the restroom and left for dinner as we had been driving all day through the highlands. After much discussion with my husband at diner we decided to checkout and find another place to stay, as the room felt very small uncomfortable and motel like. The bed also moved around on casters which is not something I’m accustomed to or comfortable with. I feel we deserved a full refund as the description was not accurate and I would never have booked it had I know what it was. I was only given a partial refund which I don’t feel was fair.

  Z czystym sumieniem polecam obiekt, w którym wszystko jest wyjątkowe. Szczęśliwie podczas mojej pierwszej wizyty otrzymałem pokój z widokiem na jezioro i góry. Śniadanie było bardzo dobre, świeże, smaczne i idealnie wyporcjowane. Gospodyni tak serdeczna, ze żal było wyjeżdżać. Jeśli będę w okolicy na pewno wrócę.
