Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment. I wanted to leave a very positive review cause the stay itself was totally fine. The apartment was amazing we even got a free upgrade. The collection of the key was very easy. But everything that happened afterwards was just unprofessionell. I had to pay a £500 security deposit before my stay, which I was told would be refunded afterwards. It has now been almost two months, and I still haven't received my money. Every time I ask, I get another excuse about technical issues or that the refund is still in process . I have had to contact them repeatedly because they never provide any updates on their own. A week ago, I even sent my bank details again for the refund, they told me the refund is in process but I still haven't received anything. This level of customer service and the handling of the security deposit is completely unacceptable.

Ripoff!!!
Location
You have the pay £12 just to have the “privilege” of paying a £500-deposit. Ridiculous. Check-out is at 10am. A normally standard check-out of 11am would cost you an additional £18. Offensive! Unfortunately, I have to base my very low rating purely on these two facts. This is what happens when you rip people off!!! An 11am check-out was only granted after an extensive complaint. Oh, and you need to download two apps to handle the entire stay, but it’s completely not clear where any relevant information comes from. Complete freak show from start to finish. In addition: - very bad mouldy smell in one of the bathrooms - Beds were too soft and too small - When you open the balcony door, it smells like you have hundreds of restaurants right next to the flat - Not much day light in the flat
