    This is a scam do not book

    Nothing

    Warning - do not book this accommodation it is a scam. We arrived in Naples after a long day of travel and were unable to gain access to our room. We were unable to contact the host through either the booking.com site, phone or WhatsApp. We were basically left with nowhere to stay and really struggled to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. The area around the station in Naples is very scruffy with graffiti everywhere and piles of trash in the street. It can feel very hostile in places during yhe day, never mind at night. To be let down like this and have nowhere to stay as night approaches in an uncomfortable and hostile feeling part of the city is completely unacceptable to be honest. Booking.com were unhelpful in helping us to find alternative accommodation and it was very much left to us to try and find a solution. A very bad experience and I will be seeking full compensation from Booking.com for allowing this scam on their platform.
