    Requires Improvement

Location: The location was very convenient and well situated, making it easy to access the surrounding area. Cleanliness: The apartment was clean and well-maintained upon arrival.

The air conditioning unit in the living room is leaking water while in operation. The oven, although set to 100°C, appears to be operating at a significantly higher temperature, causing the food to burn rather than cook properly. The sink had become blocked, and we had to unblock it ourselves using a drain-cleaning product. The television intermittently freezes or becomes unresponsive and experiences interference. Additionally, interference has been observed even when using the air conditioning remote controls. The parking space was very narrow, and when another vehicle was parked next to ours, it was difficult or even impossible to open the car doors properly. During the last two days, the water pressure in the bathroom has significantly decreased, making it difficult to take a shower.
