Cozy but need mantence 😢
The apartment it's nice, big and whit the esencial & necessary.
It's a shame don't know about the apartment it's on the 5th floor, WITHOUT LIFT! CAREFUL! Also, the maintenence it's not good, because the shower it's broken & it's imposible to take a shower without leaving the floor weet😢 Really sad, because it's a cosy place.

Хорошее расположение, тишина, уют. Правда навигатор привез к соседнему дому.
Немножко все дряхленькое, ремонт бы обновить не помешало.. В соседней Нарве за такие деньги жилье поприличнее намного снимал. В целом удовлетворительно и все равно дешевле, чем отели в городе.

Хороший вариант, чтобы просто приходить и спать, тихая улица
Тишина, квартира просторная, приятный вид из окон, не жарко
Ванная комната особенно просит обновления, вода плохо проходит
