  Lovely villa, poorly managed

  We liked the villa and Majorca.

  We were a late arrival on a Sunday night. We were tired and hungry with no idea where we could go to either find an open restaurant or supermarket. There was no welcome pack of any kind, no information pack of local facilities are these not basic requirements of a professionally run rental.? There were only 2 small white towels for 3 people - are we expected to bring our own towels at these prices, we would need a separate suitcase just for towels? There is no information on how to operate any of the equipment - we don't all have a Bosch oven etc. There are no CD's for the CD player. The agent required the deposit to be paid in cash and could not accept any of our bank cards. Fortunately we had enough euros on hand but the deposit was repaid in sterling less commission. This is not a cheap villa, hopefully these simple comments will help to avoid anyone else having a similar experience.

  Lovely

  Super clean, great location a short walk away from the town of pollensa. Very quiet area so no noise at night. Lovely pool and garden. Secluded and private.

  Wifi didnt reach to one of the bedrooms. Not really a deal breaker though, not really much of an issue. Way of Getting the deposit back was a bit annoying.

  Comfortable, spacious, clean, wonderful outdoor space, amazing, really good-sized pool, beautiful gardens (we had 2 peacocks joining us most days), great communication with owners, very professional. Highly recommend.

  Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Ein paar Erneuerungen und mehr Pflege wären zu empfehlen. Wenn an der Qualität der Einri

  Der Garten und der Pool sind toll. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und großzügig geschnitten.

  Das Haus war bei unsrer Ankunft leider nicht sauber. Tote Insekten und Spinnweben an vielen Stellen. Es gab auch keine Zwischenreinigung, was bei 11 Nächten zu erwarten wäre. In den Bädern ist teilweise Schimmel und die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht wirklich gut. Der Kühlschrank lief aus, so dass sich jeden Tag eine große Pfütze davor bildete. Die Getränkehalter im Kühlschrank waren bereits brüchig und als einer endgültig brach wurde uns dies von der Kaution abgezogen. Die Waschmaschine war so verschmutzt und muffig, dass die Wäsche danach leider nicht gut roch.

  Lovely villa in a quiet yet walking proximity to Pollensa town centre.

  The villa was well furnished, with most things considered. This includes subtle touches such as a selection of coffee making devices! Both check-in & check-out were hassle free, facilitated by proactive & concise communication by the host.

  Given the exceptional family area around the pool, the villa could benefit from a couple/few comfier outdoor seats. The indoor living area may also benefit from an air conditioning unit similar to those installed in the bedrooms.
