    I liked the furniture and that it's located in front of the sea.

    I didn't like the way the staff dealt with us. I came from Cairo to Alexandria knowing nothing about the location. I called the staff and a lady answered. That lady mislead us. She gave us false dire tions and we had to walk one hour besides being exhausted from the long trip from Cairo as adults with five kids. There wasn't a clear sign that shows where the apartment of Nabil homes is. The elevator is too scary and dangerous to be used by kids. When we wanted to leave the check out was at 11:00 am. We asked to extend the check out time until 12:45 as the nearest Go Bus trip to Cairo was at 1:30 and we have no other places to go to, specially that it's Friday, but the lady from the staff said that the last time we have is at 11 as other people are coming at 3. The cleaning of the house for the new guests won't take more that one hour. The could've extended the time for us at least up to 12. Now we're left in the street waiting for the bus to come.
