very poor value for money.
The staff is really nice.
Unfortunately, the accommodation is very poor value for money. The tent is completely enclosed, nothing like what is shown in the photos. It is poorly maintained, and the roof is dirty and covered in mould. There are around 200 steps to walk down to reach the tent, and instead of the beautiful, open views of nature advertised in the photos, you are looking directly at water tanks. Honestly, after travelling such a long way to get there and paying €100 per night, it really isn't worth it. The reality is very different from what is advertised, and I was very disappointed with the experience.

The nature and surroundings are beautiful and the staff is kind, but unfortunately the service was far below what I would expect at this price point.
Communication was very poor throughout my stay, resulting in several misunderstandings and mistakes. Service was consistently extremely slow, especially at the café — a simple flat white or espresso regularly took more than 30 minutes. Booking states that coffee is available in the room, but there was none. I therefore had to wait for breakfast service to get coffee, only to find out at check-out that I had been charged extra for my coffees because apparently only one drink is included with breakfast. Considering breakfast was included and the advertised in-room coffee wasn’t actually provided, I found this very unreasonable. The room was also not entirely clean and there were stains on the bedding, which shouldn’t be the case at this price point. After my stay, the accommodation acknowledged my feedback and even told me they would start providing coffee in the rooms going forward. However, when I asked for a partial refund considering the overall experience, they only offered a discount/refund on the F&B bill or an invitation to return, despite knowing I would no longer be in the area. I found this response disappointing. It’s a shame because the property itself is genuinely beautiful, but the poor communication, service, cleanliness and handling of the issues afterwards left me with a very disappointing overall experience.
