Place where apartment is located is perfect. Bakery, two restaurants just step away. River if you like to spend sunny days over the water and don't want to go to Garda is just oposite of the building. Old part od Arco is 5 min walk away with lot of coffehouses and restaurants. Still, apartment is not in very crowdy area. There is a private parking on the yard which is closable with a gate. You can safely keep your bicycles there, too, which btw I really recomment to take if you have such possibility, as there is perfect bike trial to Garda (Torbole) you can enter just one crossroad from apartment. There is 7km to lake by bike so even youger kigs can make it without any issues. Apartment is well equiped with everything you need to sped good time there. I spend here 10 days with my wife and kid during holiday season and we truly can reccomend this place.
The only inconviniece is that sleeping room has a window which is exposed on the road and people in Arco love ride their motobikes also late, so it is difficult even to open a window on night if you don't want to be woken up by loud bike engines. I guess this is very specific only to summer season. But there are wooden shutters on the window so if you will keep them closed during a day room doesn't heat up to much and it is ok to sleep even with closed window.

Hezké ubytování se vším všudy. Vše pěkné, voňavé, čisté. Super parkování zdarma a chráněné na pozemku. Majitel milý a starostlivý. Check in/out bez problémů - uzamykatelná schránka. Hezký výhled na hrad, autem kousek k jezeru. Líbilo se nám 👍🏼 .
