Please book 2+ nights. 1 is NOT enough* to soak it all in.
The bar has been RAISED!! I honestly can't give a true star rating because this was so far above expectations. *5 stars plus! Peu & Sulindi welcomed us with open arms. Such generous, genuine hosts and givers. We couldn't stop talking about this pretty farm the entire trip home.

The best experience ever
Surine is an incredible hostess, having a conversation with her make you feel that you have been friends for a long time. Surine took the time to show us around. The unit was exeptional with amazing attention to detail. The best overnight accomodation we ever stayed in. Definitly 120 out of a100

A gem.
Fantastic hosts! The accommodation was a full apartment (not just a room) and very comfortable. Wonderful touches such as fresh flower arrangements on each side of the bed, a beautiful table setting for our meals, top quality towels and linen, goodies in the fridge, selection of teas, plunger coffee, home-made rusks (delicious). Lovely walks around the farm and down to the Orange River. Surine's indigenous gardens full of herbs are glorious - and Surine insisted we take cuttings for home. Take a walk to the stables to see Peu's (Surine's hubby) magnificent award winning horses. Stay at least two nights. We braai'd one night and the next evening we took a short drive to Oranjerus for sundowners and supper alongside the Orange River. Stop at Bezanel for a brandy/wine tasting. Take a drive around Kanoneiland (where you'll find Oranjerus) and visit Kanoniki Padstal.
