Une superbe expérience dans un ryokan raffiné, idéalement situé et à l’hospitalité irréprochable.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Hanagokoro. L’accueil a été remarquable, empreint de cette attention et de cette délicatesse qui caractérisent l’hospitalité japonaise. Les prestations sont parfaitement à la hauteur de ce que l’on attend d’un ryokan haut de gamme, alliant confort, raffinement et authenticité. La localisation est également exceptionnelle, à proximité immédiate du téléphérique de Hakone, ce qui en fait un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la région. Une très belle expérience, où tout concourt à rendre le séjour mémorable.
Rien à signaler. Le séjour a pleinement répondu à nos attentes.

Los onsen privados tienen una ubicacion y una atmosfera ideal. Se nota que estan cuidados con mucho cariño. El personal es muy servicial, muy majo. La cena y el desayuno fueron increibles. En una ubicacion increible en medio de la naturaleza sin ningun tipo de ruido, cerquisima del teleferico que sube a la zona volcanica.
Realmente no tengo pegas...la ubicacion en medio del monte es un plus pero hay que tener en cuenta que puede haber retenciones para bajar y subir en autobus y se tarda mas tiempo pero para mi es un mal menor.

EVERYTHING! This ryokan was out of this world. From the moment we arrived we were spoiled and treated with such kindness and care. The 9 course dinner was delicious, the room was stunning and so peaceful, and the whole experience was just sensational.
