    It's hard to get a property that ticks every box. This one has many positives

    Short walk to shops, the climb up the hill from the beach/Hastings St is strenuous but not impossible, away from the busiest part of Noosa

    No views so it feels a bit 'suburban', the pool area and courtyard is small, pool is too cold for little kids, no sun lounges, noise travels between rooms
