  It was a large room, close to public transport. The lobby area was ok.

  Staff very unfriendly, away half the time, didn't offer help with anything. Although a woman came on the second day, she was much better. Hated the codes to get around. Not clean, doors not hanging properly. Just no charm, so sterile

  We were very disappointed with our stay. The bathroom flooded because the shower drain was not working properly. Water spread throughout the bathroom, reaching the door and the sink, which also kept filling with water while we were using it. At around 11 p.m. or midnight, we had no choice but to call reception and ask someone to come and clean and dry the bathroom. The staff came and told us that the following day they would either change our room or repair the problem. As a result, we had to spend the night in a damp room, surrounded by moisture and an unpleasant smell. Our comfort and rest were seriously affected. The next day, we were told that the problem had been fixed. However, we received only a 10% refund, which amounted to less than €40. Nothing else was done to compensate us for the inconvenience. The overall cleanliness was also disappointing. The dishes were dirty and had not been properly washed. Toilet paper was provided only when we specifically asked for it, and the room was cleaned only when we requested it. Overall, the price was absolutely not justified by the quality of the accommodation and service. I would not recommend this place, especially if you are travelling with children. If you are considering staying here, make sure to clarify all the details and check the room conditions carefully before booking. When we raised our concerns, the staff told us that they could not help us with anything further and that we would have to contact Booking.com directly. **Please make sure you clarify everything in advance before choosing this accommodation.**

  La atención desde el 1er momento, la ubicación de fácil acceso al centro, al bus turístico, las instalaciones cómodas ideales para el descanso, limpio y en perfectas condiciones y la comida excelente todo variedad, calidad, cantidad

  El TV estaba mañana la pantalla, pero nada relevante para nosotros que fuimos a conocer Barcelona y colocaría unas botellitas de agua en la habitación
