  BEWARE - host barged in and make threats for extra payment over honest review

  View was good

  The house has a smelly burnt smell especially at balcony area. The building was old too, they only have 1 lift and it is a long wait everytime and stopping at many levels to go up or down. Their basic amenities such as towels also has a foul smell, it looks really old and yellowish and had grey stains. Aircon is also very loud, luckily we brought earplug. And for those who drives, finding parking lot is a nightmare, and it is PAID parking NOT FREE at least $10usd per night and despite that, on our first night we still circled the nearby lots desperately for about 30mins+ but it is all full so for the following nights, we decided to park early to secure a parking lot and walk around instead which defeat the purpose of having a car. All in all, we could have looked past all these as we liked the view but what threw us off was their service. We stayed in so many airbnbs and hotels from 3 stars to 5 stars and we first time got barged in so rudely. See the screenshot for yourself and make your own judgement. Even from the start, the way they converse, their own follow up failed and they still questioned you as if you didn't instead of asking to clarify nicely normally. They still had the audacity to ask for 5 star review when they cannot even provide a 5mins buffer with us already shifting multiple luggages out and wearing our shoes. We gave a chance and highlighted to them for feedback and this is their response so we decided to reply straight with the review they wanted instead. So clearly, they are defensive and do not strive for quality and service improvements. It is definitely not a "hotel", it is more like an airbnb but they name it as a hotel. You will not get disappointed if you went there as a old airbnb mindset instead of hotel standard and practices. Edit - after our honest review, threat was given & more money asked and now we are liaising with booking.com and they asked us to edit the review on our end while they escalate for investigation

  We had a wonderful six nights here, and the accommodation is a perfect place to stay in Saporro.

  A beautiful apartment with an absolutely stunning view. Very close to amenities and many good places to eat and drink, and a short walk to public transport, if going further afield.

  Nothing. It was pretty much perfect for us.

  キレイで過ごしやすい！

  清掃やベッドメイキングも綺麗で清潔感があり過ごしやすかった。 夜景が綺麗にみえたし立地もよく便利だった。

  浴槽にジェットバスがあったが使ってみると砂のような物が出てきて残念だった。 海外のようなつくりだが、使いやすいかは人によると思った。

  Had a great few days in subtly understated Sapporo. Will definitely be back

  Clean apartment with all facilities and amazing view of the city and surrounding mountains. Beautiful Nakajima park just across the road and short walking distance ( or couple of stops on subway from Nakajima koen)to Susukino and Odori.

  とても素晴らしい体験ができました。

  眺望がとても良いです。夜景も綺麗でした。 地下鉄の駅も近く、すすきのまで歩いても行ける距離で、食事にも困りませんでした。

  お風呂のジャグジーに不備があった事。
