Very good property which could be excellent with a few small improvements.
Plenty space, good living area, proximity to underground/ other areas of Tokyo, shops/restaurants nearby. Beds comfortable, bathroom flexible drying option very useful.
Could have done with small amounts of salt & pepper & sugar, tea and coffee provided. No rice cooker. More cutlery and plates (bowls) would have been useful. Wooden spoons in drawer were dirty/covered in mould - need replaced. Could do with a drying rack for dishes. More seating in living area would have been good only sofa for 2 people; we had 4. Bedside /reading lights in bedrooms would be useful. No outdoor drying space (drying poles have been removed).

Superb
Quiet place, cute side street, enough space to spread out. GREAT proximity to TWO subway lines (E and M) and local stores; Shinjuku station is only 2 stops (10mins) away.
There was nothing we didn’t like. But people with reduced mobility could find the steep stairs in the house difficult, and they would be dangerous for small children (under 3).
