We hadden een goed verblijf, vooral de locatie was perfect.
De locatie. Dicht bij de baai en op loopafstand van het station.
Niet alle ramen kunmen goed dicht (op slot). Blijkbaar is dit een bekend probleem gezien het kettinkje aan de buitenzijde van het raam bij de luiken. 1 van de wasrafels was verzakt (schimmelvorming)en in 1 van de badkamers ontbrak de douchedeur.

The location of the apartment was great in naples
The apartment wasnt cleaned.The sheets were not washed as there were hairs on them,the sink.in one bathroom was clogged and the water didnt drain ,there were spider webs on the walls,and mold on the wall inside one bedroom

Consigliato per famiglie numerose.
Bella e ampio appartamento. Un pò angusto per la poca luce naturale trattandosi di piano terra. Camere comode entrambe con bagno interno. Completo di tutto. Posizione ottima nel quartiere Chiaia, ben collegato.
La luminosità non è il suo forte. I bagni potrebbero essere sicuramente mantenuti meglio, anche se nuovi. Per la pulizia un pochino di attenzione in più.

Rozczarowanie stanem mieszkania
Super lokalizacja, 20m od głównych drzwi znajduje się supermarket, a obok drzwi jest kawiarnia oraz sklep ze świeżymi warzywami i owocami. Gospodarz bardzo miły, komunikatywny i chętny do pomocy. Był cały czas pod telefonem i odpisywał od razu na wiadomości.
Mieszkanie jest do całkowitego odświeżenia albo nawet remontu. Zdjęcia wrzucone na stronę obiektu są prawdopodobnie wykonane zaraz po remoncie. Rzeczywistość jest kompletnie inna. To co zastałem to widok zużytego mieszkania, które jak najszybciej powinno zostać odnowione. Brudne i pomazane ściany, miejscami wilgoć, z napęczniałym tynkiem, kabiny prysznicowe z osadem z kamienia i korozja biologiczna na kafelkach (w jednej kabinie nie było drzwi), kurz na półkach szafek i pod meblami, odchodząca okleina od mebli. Przykry widok. Nie rozumiem wprowadzania w błąd Klienta. Po co oszukiwać stanem mieszkania skoro potem okazuje się, że jest ono niezgodne z opisem. Ma ono potężny potencjał, ale jest bardzo zaniedbane.
