    Lack of transparency and empathy from the staff.

    I liked the room, the view on the 12 floor, everything was very clean.

    I stayed one night at the hotel as a guest and didn’t like the room I was assigned — it had no view, and the sheets and towel were torn. Later, I stayed for two months as a resident, and it was very unfair that after just one week they permanently closed the pool without informing me when I signed the contract. The kitchen utensils were insufficient, and I had to buy some myself. They also took away the glasses and towels. Most of the staff were not very friendly, except for one worker, and I felt they lacked empathy toward customers and cared more about their own convenience. If you’re only staying for a couple of nights, it’s fine because the location is good and the rooms are clean and nice. But if you’re staying longer, I recommend carefully reviewing the terms and conditions before signing any contract.
