    Beautiful resort, excellent Spa, and the personal goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. Would immediately come back!

    We had lots of rain, but obviously nothing they can do about it. And there were additional activities offered for the rainy days.

    Not in a rush to go back.

    The property was lovely, has a lot of potential they just need to focus on their customer service more

    Loved the property, the service not so great I guess it’s English barrier but the basics in the spa, it was not quiet, you could hear staff talking and cleaning the hammam room, the staff doing my treatment was clearly unwell coughing through out the treatment in a confined space and no mask on, very poor and not hygienic. Ordered some food, the whole meal was not delivered. They need to train staff on their service. Not complaining just feedback given it’s a new hotel and up and coming.
