Clean, comfortable place to stay but poor wifi and not-so-central location.
Very quiet, pool was nice, and room service came daily. Free breakfast was a good perk, though I tended to go out instead. Close to Mount Phousi and the little ferry across the river. I missed the laundry pickup window my last day (didn’t realize it was a service, just thought I could go use the laundry room myself) but the staff were able to do my laundry anyway which was really helpful!
Wifi was not strong in my room. It constantly disconnected and even when connected didn’t load fast. I had to go to cafes to use their wifi if I needed to do anything complicated like book a flight or hotel. The location is a little further than i anticipated from the main activity area in town, maybe a 15 minute walk. There are restaurants and other things nearby but I found myself walking across town pretty often. Beware: there are a lot of similarly named hotels on this street so it’s a little hard to find. Also for whatever reason when I paid with card they wouldn’t let me select USD (I prefer to let my bank determine the conversion rate) and forced me to use their preset conversion rate. So the room a little cost more than I was expecting.

The bed - great size and really comfortable. The quietest bedroom we have ever had!! Staff were very helpful and friendly. A comfortable and convenient stay with great value for money

Great value for money. Really clean, quiet, spacious. Stayed for work and it's absolutely fine for a low cost stay that does all the basics well. Nice hotel very clean staff were great
