Very comfortable stay at a good price point!
Location & staff. Free beverages, pastries, and coffee. The staff also go above and beyond to welcome you into Mexico City and provided several small gifts (handmade soap, coffee grounds) upon check in and out.
Noise significantly traveled throughout the hotel, we could hear other guests, staff, etc which was occasionally disruptive. We also felt like others could hear us. The hotel does provide a sound machine which was incredibly helpful. We also had issues with our AC unit which was constantly dripping onto the dresser. Thankfully none of our items were damaged
