    Great stay, and introduction to a beautiful park of the UK

    Location, facilities, bedrooms, cleanliness , and of course the parking!! Matt was very helpful, and readily available to chat before and during my stay.

    Really disappointed

    Location. Car parking.

    Access stairs steep and narrow. Bathroom on second floor but bedroom on third floor. Bedroom severely constricted by upright posts and low jutting out ceiling.(Try that during the night when you want to visit the bathroom down a flight of steep stairs partially without a handrail!) This is not a ‘Beautiful’ Georgian Duplex Apartment and in our view not suitable for older people. In the bathroom the toilet seat was broken as was the adjustable shower head holder together with a broken toilet roll holder. We replaced the light bulb in one of the lounge table lamps and we had to buy locally a couple of hand towels.
