The locals were very nice & accommodating. Parking sometimes was difficult but had a great experience.

The property had just changed management and has a few hic ups to sort out. The place its self is very basic and very noisy all hours as a park and bars in the area so lots of actiity making it difficult to sleep. The new Manager was very friendly and was there when we called. Hope things will work out for him.

The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again.
