  Confortable et très agréable

  Très belle maison, idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants et avons tous apprécié le confort et les équipements mis à disposition. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, la literie est très confortable, et le salon ainsi que la véranda sont très agréables. Les vélos, la machine à laver, les chaises longues, les glacières et le parasol sont de vrais atouts pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain et les toilettes, modernes et très fonctionnelles. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation !

  Ongoing disturbances and unprofessional handling of complaints – not a relaxing stay

  The location is good, and the beach can be reached within a few minutes by car. The house itself is generally equipped with what you need.

  Our entire stay was significantly affected by constant disturbances. Every day from around 8:00 AM until almost 10:00 PM, very loud music was playing from the neighboring property directly behind the house. The noise was clearly audible throughout the entire house, including the bedrooms. As a result, the patio was practically unusable and could only be used once for a short period during our 19-day stay. In addition, on several mornings we were disturbed by a loud generator starting early in the day, which woke us up even when using earplugs. We reported the issue early during our stay and followed up multiple times, also providing documentation. However, the situation did not improve at any point. What we found particularly concerning was the way our complaint was handled: Our concerns were initially not taken seriously and later, despite clear evidence, were repeatedly downplayed rather than addressed in a constructive or solution-oriented manner. Important for future guests: If issues arise during your stay, you should not expect them to be resolved easily or in a guest-oriented way. Our privacy was also affected multiple times. On several occasions, people entered the property without prior notice (including gardeners, inspections, and individuals taking photos in the backyard—apparently related to construction matters on the property). This happened without any prior communication. Nighttime rest was also impacted (bright lights from outdoor lighting and motion sensors, insufficient blackout options in the bedrooms). Additionally, there were some maintenance and cleanliness issues, and basic information on how to use certain aspects of the house was missing. Overall, due to the constant disturbances and the way complaints were handled, this was not a relaxing stay and does not meet the expectations one would have at this price level.
