    Comfortable, good value, and responsive owners.

    The property managers were super responsive and clear in their communication. Even when there needed to be a follow up they addressed the issue immediately. The stay itself was comfortable, check-in and check-out hassle-free. And overall, a great stay. Elevators are operated by a 10 cent coin (which is quite common in Naples with 10/20 cents). The noise at night is not completely masked if it comes from within the building (neighbors or main door operation), but noise from the road is not heard at all.

    Excellent location, and quiet room in a residential block.

    Getting into the room is rather complicated. Wifi / 4G / 5G is needed to unlock the corridor with my phone, which often took too much time on the cumbersome web app. A simple PIN or keycard would be better.

    The appartement was and quiet. The room was quite large for this location, which was nice. Bed was comfortable.

    The plastic shampoo samples were not practical for washing hands because they would spill once opened. A normal soap besides wash stand would do better.
